- Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds

- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

5. Exchanges
